Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from elacia.com, operated by Salacia Brand Pty Ltd ("elacia", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products. Our products are for external cosmetic use. Please patch test before first use and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Self tan does not protect your skin from the sun.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in the currency you select and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Orders. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or priced incorrectly. If we do, we will refund you in full.

Shipping and returns. Delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Subscriptions. Refill subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you choose until you cancel. You can change, skip, pause or cancel at any time before your next billing date, as set out in our Subscription Cancellation Policy.

Discounts. Unless stated otherwise, one discount code can be used per order, and codes cannot be combined with bundle pricing or Ritual Credits.

Content. All images, text and branding on this site belong to elacia and may not be used without our permission.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Privacy. We handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
