Return Policy
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@elacia.com within 14 days of receiving your order and our team will be happy to assist you.
As with all skincare and sunless tanning products, individual results may vary. Factors such as pigmentation, skin tone, dryness, and skin barrier health can influence how a tan develops on the skin. Every skin is unique and we therefore cannot guarantee how your skin will react.
If you’re eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
SHIPPING COUNTRIES
We are currently shipping to Australia, US, Canada and NZ. We will open up to move countries very soon.
International Shipping Times
We offer both Standard and Express International Shipping options at checkout.
- Standard: 7–14 business days
- Express: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your destination.
Occasionally, customs processing can cause slight delays — this is outside of our control, but we’ll always ensure your tracking updates reflect your order’s journey.
Shipping Costs
We offer complimentary shipping across Australia on all orders.
For international orders, rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Duties and taxes are collected upfront for a seamless delivery experience (no surprises at your door).
Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and import taxes are included in your checkout total. This ensures a smooth, worry-free delivery.
Processing Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. During new launches or peak periods, please allow a little extra time, we’re always working to get your ritual to you as quickly as possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel’s journey through our carrier’s tracking page. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Cancellations
We’re happy to help wherever we can. If your order hasn’t yet shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate cancellations or changes. Once your order has been dispatched, however, we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made. For assistance, please contact us at hello@elacia.com as soon as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Details
If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us at hello@elacia.com immediately. While we’ll make every effort to amend your order, we cannot guarantee changes once it has been processed. Please note that elacia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
